Abstract
The rapid growth of online shopping in Central Asia has attracted considerable attention from market observers. Between 2023 and 2024, the regional e-commerce market expanded by approximately 32%, significantly exceeding the global average growth rate. This article examines not only the quantitative indicators of market growth but also the psychological factors influencing consumer behavior, including the motivations and barriers associated with online purchasing and the development of trust in digital platforms. The study focuses on Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan and is based on recent market data and academic literature.
