Abstract
This study examines the importance of financial guarantees in attracting foreign investment, their types, and the mechanisms for their implementation. It discusses ways to improve the investment climate, strengthen the legal and financial protection of investors, and enhance the international financial guarantee system in Uzbekistan. Based on the experience of the World Bank, MIGA, and the EBRD, practical recommendations for improving national investment policy are proposed.
