Abstract
This study analyzes the impact of Uzbekistan's technoparks and business incubators on the startup
ecosystem based on quantitative and qualitative indicators. A comparative study of IT Park, Mirzo Ulugbek
Innovation Center, and regional technoparks is conducted. The influence of incubation programs on startup
success, mentorship, and network effects are demonstrated. Geographic distribution of infrastructure and regional
disparities are separately examined.
