Abstract
This article examines the potential of blockchain-based state registries to enhance transparency in public administration and reduce corruption. The primary objective is to assess how distributed ledger technology can address systemic challenges associated with centralized registry systems, including data manipulation, limited accountability, and restricted auditability. The study employs a qualitative research methodology and conducts a comparative analysis of international experiences and academic literature on digital governance and blockchain adoption in the public sector. The findings demonstrate that blockchain technology strengthens data integrity through immutability, decentralization, and cryptographic verification mechanisms, thereby reducing opportunities for unauthorized modifications and corrupt practices.
