Annotatsiya
Ushbu maqola davlat registrlarini blokcheyn texnologiyasi asosida tashkil etish orqali davlat boshqaruvida shaffoflikni oshirish va korrupsiyani kamaytirish imkoniyatlarini tahlil qiladi. Maqolaning maqsadi markazlashgan registr tizimlariga xos bo‘lgan ma’lumotlarni manipulyatsiya qilish, javobgarlikning past darajasi va audit jarayonining cheklanganligi kabi tizimli muammolarni taqsimlangan reyestr texnologiyasi yordamida bartaraf etish imkoniyatlarini baholashdan iborat. Maqolada sifat tahliliga asoslangan metodologiya qo‘llanilib, xalqaro tajribalar hamda raqamli boshqaruv va davlat sektorida blokcheynni joriy etish bo‘yicha ilmiy manbalar solishtirma tahlil qilindi. Natijalar blokcheyn texnologiyasining o‘zgartirib bo‘lmaslik, markazlashmaganlik va kriptografik tasdiqlash mexanizmlari orqali ma’lumotlar yaxlitligini mustahkamlashini, shu orqali noqonuniy o‘zgartirishlar va korrupsion holatlarni kamaytirishini ko‘rsatdi.
