Abstract

This article provides an in-depth academic analysis of mobile learning platforms as an innovative and sustainable solution for expanding access to education in remote areas. The study examines pedagogical foundations, technological frameworks, economic implications, implementation models, global statistical evidence, and policy recommendations. Empirical data from UNESCO, the World Bank, OECD, and ITU demonstrate that mobile learning significantly increases educational participation, reduces infrastructure costs, and improves learning flexibility. The research proposes a multi-level implementation strategy to ensure long-term sustainability and educational equality.
