Annotatsiya
Ushbu maqolada mobil ta'lim platformalari chekka hududlarda ta'lim olish imkoniyatlarini kengaytirishning innovatsion va barqaror yechimi sifatida chuqur ilmiy tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda pedagogik asoslar, texnologik yondashuvlar, iqtisodiy ta'sirlar, joriy etish modellari, xalqaro statistik ma'lumotlar hamda siyosiy tavsiyalar ko'rib chiqiladi. UNESCO, Jahon banki, OECD va ITU ma'lumotlariga asoslangan empirik tahlillar mobil ta'limning ta'lim qamrovini sezilarli darajada oshirishi, infratuzilma xarajatlarini kamaytirishi va o'qish jarayonining moslashuvchanligini kuchaytirishini ko'rsatadi. Tadqiqot uzoq muddatli barqarorlik va ta'limda teng imkoniyatlarni ta'minlash uchun ko'p bosqichli joriy etish strategiyasini taklif etadi.
