Abstract
This article analyzes the financial management system of Uzbekistan's tourism sector, highlighting its current development trends, existing challenges, and possible solutions. Particular attention is paid to the role of the state budget, private sector, international financial institutions, and investment funds in financing tourism development. The study also examines the effectiveness of innovative financial instruments, including public-private partnerships (PPP), tourism bonds, grants, and subsidies, in improving tourism infrastructure. Furthermore, the article explores modern approaches to financial management in the context of digital transformation and presents practical recommendations for enhancing the sustainable development and competitiveness of the tourism sector.
